What are the hours of the Career Fair ?
The Career Fair is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for students, with booth setup for the companies starting at 8 a.m.

  

What is the shipping address for the Career Fair?
Our shipping and receiving will be handled through UC Central Receiving this year. You can ship things to the fair anytime, but all items need to be received by Tuesday, October 14, in order for us to have them in time for the fair. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any mishandled or misplaced packages. The address is:

How does our company register?

• Your company should have received an invitation with a personalized username and password for our website. If you did not receive a letter and would like to attend the University of Cincinnati Engineering Tribunal Career Fair, please fill out our New Company Registration Form. If you have your letter, visit our company registration page and complete the registration forms online. You will have until September 26, 2008, to register (subject to change).

   

   

• You will be given the opportunity to complete your Career Fair order via credit card (on PayPal) or by check. If you choose to pay by check, a printer friendly invoice will be generated for you to mail along with you check to:

• You will receive a Final Agenda packet as the Career Fair approaches, and further details can be found onthe Career Fair website.

 

  

Will breakfast, lunch, and parking passes be provided?
Yes. A continental breakfast will be made available during setup and a rolling lunch will be served. Parking passes will be inside of your company folder that you will receive the morning of the career fair. These passes should be surrendered to the parking attendants as you exit the garage.

 

Can we have access to an Internet connection and power outlets?
Yes. You must place a request for a power source during your registration. Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot guarantee your access to power. Each company will have access to a wireless internet connection and upon request receive a wired internet connection.

 

Invoice - Do you invoice?
Yes. When you register online, a printable invoice will be generated towards the end of the registration process.  However, we do not mail invoices.
